SDD was not served until March 12, 2025, and I never filed anything against SDD until my motion to dismiss.
Prove that SDD was involved in any litigation before their attorney filed a Summary Judgment and my Motion to Dismiss in August of 2025 for case 24CV30895 out of Curry County Oregon. .
