Attorney #CharlesBolen of #HorneckerCowling requested $5,000 because he infers that his client Something Different Design (SDD) litigated with me since June of 2024 when I chose to dismiss without prejudice to take the case to small claims court.

SDD was not served until March 12, 2025, and I never filed anything against SDD until my motion to dismiss.

 Prove that SDD was involved in any litigation before their attorney filed a Summary Judgment and my Motion to Dismiss in August of 2025 for case 24CV30895 out of Curry County Oregon.  .​​​ ​

Court Reform: If an attorney works

with the appellate court and U.S.

Supreme court, they may not also

act as a local attorney in front of

a local judge. The bias is too great.​

I requested sanctions against attorney

Charles Bolen for intentionally misrepresenting

the record for person gain.
