• The court should keep statistics, such as which attorneys are heard by which judges. For example, does attorney Stoll always have his cases heard by Judge Donna Geck? Other statistics should include whether a plaintiff and defendant are in pro per, who wins, etc..

• A document control system so that even judges must check a document in and out when accessing them. All documents must be immediately placed on the docket by the clerk, which then must be tracked and made public.

• The court transcript and all documents must be placed on the court docket and made public so they can see the full story behind a court case. 

• During the due diligence phase of purchasing property, a seller MUST extend the time when a crucial question pertaining to septic, property lines, or other questions still exist to ensure fairness.

• If a Defendant deletes their evidence, they lose automatically. They can’t later benefit from making up their own facts.​​
