TIPS

  • Settle your disputes without legal involvement. Don’t hire family law attorneys. They create chaos for families to enrich themselves and judges make decisions to enrich attorneys.

  • Arrive early. Be prepared for the court to reschedule your case without prior notice. 

  • You must “object” to anything that occurs in a trial that you may want to appeal. 

  • Ask that discovery be sent on a drive that the defendant can’t edit in the future. Do NOT accept evidence from an attorney’s One Drive or online.

  •  Always visit a home at either 8 am or 5 pm, or both, and at night to look for intrusive lights and to measure the traffic noise..​​
