Damage based on:

​

- No Warning sign was placed on the small claims dismissal form that a case dismissed without prejudice could be deemed adverse and finally determined against you 7 years in the future. The appellate court then made up their own facts to claim my cases were dismissed with prejudice when they were not.

- The court has NO robust document control system that keeps judges from mislabeling and hiding court orders and evidence.  The judge hid two (2) small claims court orders. In another case, the heading of a case is incorrect to enable another incorrect ruling.

- The court does NOT place the court transcript on the public court docket to allow the public to view the entire case and thereby defaming the victim with the public court docket.​​​

- Private companies are allowed to list court orders as a priority in an internet search without giving the victim a chance to respond.​​
