Did you know that the court’s use of Temporary Restraining Orders ("TRO") has created a loophole where individuals can be accused without their knowledge or a chance to respond to side step Due Process? one can lose their right to possess a firearm without a history of violence or ever owning a gun based ONLY on the words of ONE person with NO evidence, eroding the constitutional requirement of strict scrutiny.

The Second Amendment, an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, was adopted in 1791 as part of the Bill of Rights, which provided a constitutional check on congressional power under Article I Section 8 to organize, arm, and discipline the federal militia. IIt reads, “A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
