The court’s use of Temporary Restraining Orders has created a loophole where individuals can be accused without their knowledge or a chance to respond to side step Due Process. As a result, someone can lose their right to possess a firearm without a history of violence or ever owning a gun based ONLY on the words of ONE person with NO evidence, eroding the constitutional requirement of strict scrutiny.
Judge Anderle, a judge who should not be on the bench because he is in his 90s. Can you imagine Joe Biden being your judge? He ruled in favor of a boy who claimed the recipient of his legal suit threatened his process server with a gun. This boy was not present at the service that happened 7 years earlier and where his process server did NOT TESTIFY. The boy admitted he had NO evidence and proof of his salactious allegations. Yet, still Judge Anderlie perverted the law to rule in favor of privilege.
