Consequences for Attorney Misrepresentations

 

Below are two examples of bold lies by attorneys, which is a problem in our courts today because too often judges allow this behavior without issuing consequences.

Attorney Aaron Hisel from Capital Legal Services in Salem, Oregon states in his filing that he has never received any mailing from me - this is regarding discovery - a tactic I assume to avoid responding to discovery. But here are the certified receipts. Earn $1000 and show me how these receipts are not valid. It's frightening that these attorneys lie so bodly as if they expect that they get away with it.

In my defamation case against my neighbor Tiffany Berg that I only filed after losing $30,000 and because of her interference with my business and defamation on TikTok, which she deleted. 

​

Her attorney #StafanJacobson from #Pregodonnell in Portland Oregon states in his motion to dismiss that I lived in Oregon from 2023 to the present, that I spent a specified amount - around $14,000 on improving my property and my intent, which is laughable because Berg's have no access to me or my personal information. I allege Berg's just make stuff up as they go. If you can find their evidence, earn $1,000. Case 1:26-cv-00221-CL - a Federal Case in Medford, Oregon.

In defense, I provide my drivers license, auto insurance, rental lease for Santa Barbara, and #BrookingsOregon for tenants, and more showing I was "domiciled" in Santa Barbara, CA. The word "Residing" is NOT "Domicile" meaning citizenship and is not evidence. How exhausting!

​

Here is a video I took of Tiffany on June 18, 2024. She is yelling Welcome Back - We Missed You. In other words, I was not living in Brookings, OR - I left and then came back to work on the property. Notice how high the grass is. If I lived there the grass would be cut.

for intentionally misrepresenting

the record for person gain.
