Why aren’t the licenses of attorneys affected when they boldly misrepresent facts? An attorney is more likely to lose their license for speaking truth to power than they are for boldly lying?

Attorney #StafanJacobson from #Pregodonnell in Portland Oregon stated in his motion to dismiss that I have been domiciled in Oregon from 2023 with no evidence.

Tiffany claims I lived in Brookings since 2023 as she monitors my coming and going with a camera 20 feet on her garage. Did Stefan read Bergs social media? The following are some videos.

Here is a video by Tiffany yelling at me "Welcome back, we missed you.". If I lived in Brooking, the grass would not be so tall. For trial, I will have the audio enhanced so you can hear her.

So why would Tiffany's attorney lie about what is easy to prove - false? ...because he has a judge in his pocket? I provided my driver's license, auto insurance, rental lease for Santa Barbara, and #BrookingsOregon, and bank statements, showing I was "domiciled" in Santa Barbara, CA. "Residing" is NOT "Domicile."

Here is another false claim, that I refused to meet and confer. The emails listed below show that I attempted to do a Zoom call.

In contrast to this proof, this is what attorneys Stefan Jacobson - his law firm Preg O'Donnell & Gillett and Aaron Hisel - his law firm Capitol Legal Services, LLC falsely told the court.

Fraud by a Trustee Attorney

A trustee for my son's inheritance falsely claims that a dead man is the trustee while the Santa Barbara tax accessor and the Santa Barbara government do nothing. They are acting in complete contrast to how they treated me with my Mesa property that caused me to feel that I had to sell.

I provided the Santa Barbara Tax Accessor and DA with Eric's certified death certification.
