Fifteen years ago, even though I presented five settlement agreements and 62 pages of evidence, the judge claimed I had NO evidence.

I sued the same banksters for the same fraud that Kamala Harris falsely claimed she fought against when on the campaign trail in 2024

The judge was an insurance lawyer one year before becoming a judge who worked with the opposition's attorney who also claimed repeatability applied, but I was sued first and then I sued because I lost by default, which means NO litigation, when I was 5 minutes late and did not have one opportunity to defendant myself. Normally, people wait for hours in a crowded courtroom to have their small claims cases heard, but my opposition received a one-on-one session without even a meditator in the room.

When I appealed, the court continued to invent their own facts by falsely stating that now my mostly small claims cases weren't dismissed without prejudice but with prejudice, which is a different legal standard
