I gave a presentation to the Brookings City Council to call for an Outdoor Light Statute because of Berg's intrusive light but they have refused to do anything, even though the Oregon department of energy recommends against such lights and states like California have banned such lights statewide. The following is Tiffany's posting I later discovered.

  1. On October 29, 2023, Tiffany Berg played my presentation I gave to the city of Brookings City Council in 20203 over a loudspeaker to harass me.

  2. ​On June 18, 2024, when I arrived at the property and got out of my car - unprepared with my phone, - which is one reason I put cameras up - a drone was flown at my head as I stood outside my shed.

  3. On June 22, 23, 25, and 26, 2024, the Berg's played my presentation given to the Brookings City Council over an outdoor loudspeaker.

























     

  4. On July 6 and 10, 2024, the Berg's played my presentation given to the Brookings City Council over an outdoor speaker.

  5. In the summer of 2024, I discovered Tiffany and Trenton Berg's TikTok account where belongings kept for my rental house in my locked shed, for which I gave no one a key, were on their account. Officer Hernandez confirmed that Tiffany acquired this picture from my past tenant.

    After making many complaints as Tiffany blasted my 2023 presentation to the city of Brookings over her outdoor speaker to harass, the chief of police Kelby McCrae stated that Tiffany could harass me , never enforcing their noise pollution statute. ​​











    I have so many more stories of defamation and harassment. What do I do as s single elderly woman who just wanted a place to retire?
