The Oregon statute directly addressing this is ORS 837.370 — Operation over privately owned premises; penalties.

It provides: “A person may not operate an unmanned aircraft system over the boundaries of privately owned premises in a manner so as to intentionally, knowingly or recklessly harass or annoy the owner or occupant of the privately owned premises.”

The Berg's flew a drone near my head, to take pictures of inside the shed where I have an expectation of privacy. Tiffany Berg then falsely accused me of tampering with the septic and more.  The police's response was that I was abusing the 911 system for complaining that the Berg's were flying an unregistered drone at my head. The Berg's flew a drone at me and workers over four times with the Bookings police taking no action against this unlawful act.

The Berg's took this picture with her drone when I made a police complaint of a drone being flown at my head. I acquired this photo from the city of Brookings from a discovery request. It was accompanied with an email stating that she took the picture, which could only had been a drone on 6-18-24 by drone because she sure in the hell has never been invited on my property by me or anyone else. Her defaming email also provides evidence of how she involved others in her defamation of me - interfering over and over with my business matters. 

 

The official Oregon statute makes this kind of harassment illegal is ORS 837 using a drone. I argue that the intent of the drone statute, which prohibits neighbors from videotaping your property for harassment or annoyance applies to stationary cameras as well, like the one 24 feet on Tiffany Berg's garage - too high to even see her own property - not for security. There is no main road in this area.

I also learned that my neighbor acquired pictures of the contents in my shed from a past tenant who entered the locked shed without my permission to take pictures of my belongings for the Berg's social media account to defame me. I never provided him with a key. The police confirmed that my neighbor posted pictures of my belongings inside my shed. Tiffany acquired from a past tenant. ​​​
