My neighbor flew a drone over my property, near my head, to take pictures of the inside of my shed where I have an expectation of privacy. She then falsely accused me of tampering with my septic and more.  The police's response was that I was abusing the 911 system for complaining that my neighbor was flying at my head even though drones are used as weapons routinely. Berg's drone was not even registered with the FAA - an unlawful drone..

​​She acquired pictures of contents in my shed from my past tenant Colin Blaskley who entered my locked shed without my permission. I never provided him with a key. The Brookings police confirmed this. Here is another picture taken with her drone and given to the city. She falsely claimed that I was modifying my septic without a permit. They pipes left over from permitted work.

I did NOT install a sewer sweep but did put in a simple pipe in the center for whatever in the future. These pipes were left over from work I performed in December of 2023 - mostly electrical work.​

I hire a concrete company in Brookings and suddenly I have all these people in my business trying to falsely accuse me of doing something that is none of their business.
