Tiffany Berg in Brookings, Oregon has a light that lights up the lower property and main house. The Bergs have a HUGE driveway in front and in back of their home - a literal parking lot. Even so, the light shown below is installed on the back side of their house.

Their light is installed over 24 feet high on their garage, which means it can't be blocked and is about 15 feet from my property line. It is similar to putting a light at the apex of a bowl.​​

There is no reason for such a light for the small section of their driveway 15 feet from her neighbor's land. I attempted to block it using a 16 ft pole with blackout material, but the pole wasn't sturdy enough even though it did block some of her light. A large tree can't be used to block the light because that would block the other neighbor's view.

Light Difference: The difference between her light and my lights, is that my light is rarely on, faces the main road, not their house, and is over 100 feet from their property. The Berg's light faces my up-hill property - only 15 feet from the property line.​
