Judge Stone our of Curry County, OR allowed Tiffany berg to delete evidence and denied Cheryl even a pre-trial hearing - setting up to fail at trial.

Ultimately, I dismissed everyone due to judicial chicanery. The reasons why I dismissed my case without prejudice after spending a year working constantly and spending over $10,000 are as follows:
 

  1. Judge Stone rewarded my neighbor Tiffany Berg for deleting evidence Tiffany admits existed, making the trial into a he said, she said scenario. Judge Stone out of Currry/Coos County also made a bogus ruling in favor of Google and the Berg's who made discovery into a joke to deny me discovery. See my Substack. When I appealed the decision regarding my Summary Judgement, the appellate court denied it based on an alleged request to amend the complaint which I did not make because my request to amend was granted. In other words, they made up their own facts. They could not be trusted.

  2. When the Berg's flew a drone at me while I was standing on my property, fifty feet from the property line, the Brookings police told me my neighbor had a right to harass me with her drone, even though the FAA confirmed my neighbors’ drone was unregistered, showing extreme bias. Evidence obtained from the city shows a photo my neighbor took from her drone inside my shed, where I have an expectation of privacy.

  3. I made two presentations to the City Council and Planning Commission asking them to pass an outdoor light statute like other remote towns in Oregon and California. They refused to even consider this simple statute. Then when Tiffany repeatedly blasted my presentation over her outdoor speaker late into the night on multiple occasions in October of 2023, June 18, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and July 1, 3, 5, 10 of 2024, the police chief said she could play it anytime, anywhere even though I called to complaint over 7 times and they took no action, forcing me to have to personally cite my neighbor at a cost to me of $1500. Tiffany was only fined $100. 

    The bias demonstrated in favor of Tiffany's behavior is breathtaking!
