Arbitration
NEVER sign a real estate contract with a binding arbitration clause.
One reason is that buyers must pay out-of-pocket for their attorney, service fees, and arbitration costs and then pay an arbiter, generally a retired judge when in contrast you don’t have to pay a judge to go to trial.
Most real estate lawsuits are brought by buyers, and therefore, the burden of dishonest realtors and sellers falls onto the buyer.
