Judge Anderle, began the trial by stating I ha  filed ZERO oppositions when I filed three.

Remember Judge Geck held that I had NO evidence in the face of 5 settlement agreements? I guess alleging someone has filed no opposition and/or evidence is standard.
 

The court transcript is attached. It reveals how Sam admits under oath that most all of his accusations were false - a discrepancy - and the rest were unproven - his allegations of threatening emails.

Sam states: (Page 7, Line 21 to 25)

“The initial submission I gave to you, … the police misstated that Cheryl called me every six months, that she has contacted me every six months and called me recently, that is just a discrepancy I wanted to clear up and be accurate.”
 

...a DISCREPANCY. Remarkable! 

 

Note: I think this judge is in his 90's and again, why is this allowed in our courtroom today. It's like having Biden as your judge. ​​​
