Judge Gee's initial ruling in my case against CountryWide in 2009 to enforce their loan modification in 2009 DISAPPEARED FROM THE COURT DOCKET. 

Why? ...because the fraud was too obvious so the court docket was tampered with. 

Why doesn't the court have a robust court document system - to enable and allow judicial fraud for the well connected and corporations that's why.

During the foreclosure crisis, which I discuss in my book, I learned that the federal court has NO robust court document control system that requires even a judge, or especially a judge, to check a document in and out. Checking a document in and out is then publicly available and trackable. Such a system is used to prevent the judicial from modifying the court docket to justify invalid rulings. Today, Americans increasingly distrust our courts and other institutions. Therefore, to protect freedom, more transparency is needed.

When I was going through the foreclosure crisis, the court docket was modified incorrectly to justify an incorrect decision. The judge ruled that my case against CountryWide regarding my Santa Barbara property in 2009 was exactly the same as my case against IndyMac regarding my Santa Cruz property. This ruling was justified because my case against IndyMac was incorrectly labeled with the heading CountryWide even though CountryWide was NOT involved in this case. I will post the documents. Notice how the docket shows for each of these cases that they are related to each other, which they are NOT - different house, different city, and different causes of action.

 

My evidence with IndyMac is that they didn't serve me as the law required. I didn't have the 90 days to stop the foreclosure, but less than 6 weeks. See the blank FDIC filing to prove service by IndyMac, which is blank -  meaning no service and fraud.

The foreclosure crisis couldn't of happened with out the help of our judges that allowed banksters to operate above the law. Also, attached is a transfer deed for my Santa Cruz property. Judge Phillip Gutierrez allowed IndyMac to break every law including foreclosing without exposing that they didn't own the property and therefore, not legally entitled to foreclosure. A blackman trust owned it. Barbara Box passed legislation required that banksters identify the real party of interest but Judge Guiterrez didn't care about the law.

Judge Gee started the case. Yet, her initial ruling disappeared from the court docket because the judicial fraud was so in your face. ...and WHY DOENS'T THE COURT HAVE A ROBUST CONTROL DOCUMENT SYSTEM? ...to allow and enable judicial fraud for the wealthy and corporations. That's why!
