Judge's Oath
A Document Control  System

During the foreclosure crisis, which I discuss in my book, I learned that the federal court has NO robust court document control system that requires even a judge, or especially a judge, to check a document in and out. Checking a document in and out is then publicly available and trackable. Such a system is used to prevent the judicial from modifying the court docket to justify invalid rulings. Today, Americans increasingly distrust our courts and other institutions. Therefore, to protect freedom, more transparency is needed.

When I was going through the foreclosure crisis, the court docket was modified incorrectly to justify an incorrect decision. The judge ruled that my case against CountryWide regarding my Santa Barbara property in 2009 was exactly the same as my case against IndyMac regarding my Santa Cruz property. This ruling was justified because my case against IndyMac was incorrectly labeled with the heading CountryWide even though CountryWide was NOT involved in this case. I will post the documents.
